Autumn Transitional Dressing - The Beige Blazer : Over 40 Style
While we're still getting some late summer days, the evenings have turned cooler and it's time to start thinking about Autumn dressing. And I'm all here for that!

I love the golden tones that Autumn brings which calls for a softer colour palette. Neutrals paired with black are some of my favourite outfit looks.
So with that in mind I beg you to consider adding a beige blazer to your wardrobe.
This blazer from H&M is a lined mid weight double breasted jacket with tortoiseshell buttons and was super affordable at £30. It pairs fabulously with black, here I've teamed it with Zara belted trousers to define the waist, as a double breasted jacket can make you look boxy. A simple long sleeve crew neck top from the Uniglo Heat-tech range is the perfect under layer which adds warmth without bulk.
This is such a versatile look, add trainers for a casual daytime vibe and change them up for heels for a more classic evening outfit.
The high street offers a multitude of beige blazer options and I've linked some of my favourites below, covering all budgets!
